We invite all to participate in Carry On programs, mental health is for everyone. We understand that for some families, affording Carry On services can be a barrier to entry. That is why we have a sponsorship system to ensure all receive preventative mental health programs.
First Push Initiative

“My daughter has always been the most cautious, risk averse, and overall anxious child. Every class or sport we have tried ends in total shut down on her end. No confidence, no resilience, just shut down upon first challenge or discomfort. From the first moment at the carry on trial class day, I saw something in her that was different. She connected with the coaches, and ultimately found something she loves enough to take the risk for. Watching her the last 8 weeks has been like watching an entirely different child. Some days my jaw drops mid class. She is taking risks. She is GETTING UP! She is trying and trying and trying again. She always has a smile on her face when she is there. I have never heard the oh so common phrase of “I can’t do it, it’s too hard.” On the last day of class, she did a drop-in for the first time. On the drive home, she said “I cannot believe I did that. I freakin did that. When I first saw skateboarding, that was the thing I thought I would never be brave enough to do. And now I am that brave girl. Brave enough to do a drop-in.” You guys have changed the course of her life, and I don’t know how I will ever show enough gratitude.”
